Feasibility studies \ Condition surveys

Feasibility studies can be produced looking at potential schemes, which can be discussed with the client and the planning officer concerned for that area, to ascertain whether or not they feel it is a viable scheme to take further to outline/ planning submission.
On more difficult/complex schemes it is also possible to employ a specialist planning consultant, with extensive knowledge of the Council local plan, and the feasibility of the clients proposals, based on current / past planning knowledge.
Condition surveys can also be produced on a property, high lighting potential problems, unforeseen costs, or potential unforeseen costs due to style / condition of the property, thus enabling the client to consider their purchase cost of the property, and the extra cost to rectify any problems / unforeseen costs for future alterations / extensions.
